Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with some of the UK leading Case Management providers across the UK on exclusive opportunities and we are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering expert rehabilitation and care solutions for clients with life-changing injuries. Please note: You must have previous Case Management experience within the same sector Job Description: As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and coordinating complex rehabilitation, health, and social care needs for clients who have sustained significant injuries or illnesses. Operating primarily within the personal injury and clinical negligence legal-insurance context, you will develop and oversee tailored care plans designed to maximise independence and quality of life. This role is home-based, offering flexibility, but requires regular travel within your region for client visits, multidisciplinary meetings, and stakeholder engagement. You will be part of a specialist team delivering high-quality, evidence-based case management services, contributing to both client outcomes and organisational excellence. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in case management within the Medico-Legal sector, managing complex care packages., • At least 5 years post-qualification experience in your clinical profession., • Professional registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or social worker)., • Membership or registration (or working towards registration) with CMSUK, BABICM, or IRCM., • Demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), including attendance at relevant conferences and staying updated on new regulations., • Exceptional report writing and analytical skills, with the ability to produce detailed medical and cost reports.
