About you · At least 3 years’ PQE in claimant personal injury. · Experience handling pre-litigation and litigated EL, PL and RTA claims, including serious injury matters. · Strong litigation skills and experience using the MOJ Portal. · The ability to organise your caseload, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records using a case management system. · Excellent client care, communication and negotiation skills.
