This is an agile and active role as you will be required to book and support all meetings and events. You will be moving around welcoming, engaging, supporting and managing the space. You will be responsible for creating a fantastic experience for all staff and their guests. Flexibility, ownership and proactivity are cornerstones of the experience and you will be trained to wear many hats to support everything including reception, AV and meeting rooms. Your role will be: - Being the professional and vibrant ambassador for all customers, those who work there, those who pop-in, and those on the end of a phone or email. - Proactively manage whatever the day brings from meeting room and event management to maintenance assistance, being flexible to try anything new. - Taking ownership of the space including meeting rooms and event spaces, and break-out spaces working with the wider service partners for seamless delivery. - Building relationships with your customers and being curious about doing things smarter or better. - Supporting your colleagues and customers with ideas and projects.
