Working Pattern & On-Call Commitment To support both effective leadership and consistent care delivery, this role offers a balanced structure combining protected management time with hands-on practice: 32 non-contact hours per week dedicated to Registered Manager duties, including leadership, compliance, quality assurance, and team development. 6 shift hours per week to maintain a strong presence within the home and support the team and young people directly. 0.5 sleepover per week, providing continuity of care and leadership when required. Flexibility is essential in residential care, and shift work (including sleepovers) will be required in line with the needs of the service. Any additional shift or sleepover hours are added to our Hours Bank system. You will also participate in the on-call rota for a minimum of four days per week, with any additional hours worked paid at enhanced rates.
