SEMH Behaviour Support Staff (Full-Time & Day-to-Day Supply) Shrewsbury We are recruiting confident, resilient, and down-to-earth staff to join a specialist alternative education setting supporting children and young people with significant trauma, SEMH needs, and complex behavioural profiles. This is a highly active, relationship-led environment where staff play a vital role in providing stability, structure, and positive adult role-modelling for learners who may have experienced disrupted education and adverse childhood experiences. Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) The Role We are seeking staff for: Full-time, long-term roles Day-to-day / flexible supply cover You will be working with secondary-aged pupils, with some primary transition provision on selected days, supporting engagement in learning, behaviour regulation, and structured physical and academic activities.
