You will also be able to liaise well with colleagues and customers alike, to help us keep up effective, positive relationships with our residents, contractors and other partners. With a good standard of general education and experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyperson duties in some larger properties, you must be able to demonstrate you are able to undertake the physical aspects of the job. This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points/convictions must be disclosed), access to a vehicle and insurance for business use prior to commencing this role.
