About the Role Full-time project delivery role, responsible from order to handover for fire and smoke curtain systems. You’ll lead and be responsible for programme and all project deliverables including coordination with site teams and all project stakeholders, being the primary customer contact. Responsibilities • Primary point of contact post-Contract, • Surveys e.g. to obtain sizes for manufacture, • Site management and daily reporting, • HS&E including project documentation (e.g. RAMS, LPs, H&S Plans) and TBTs, • Inductions, • Site Logistics including supervising offloading, • On-site branding: ensure only Adexon packaging/labelling/ paperwork, • Installer coordination, ensuring good housekeeping and excellent clean and tidy presentation, • Installation Quality, • Testing, Witnessing, Handover to customer, • New installers, increase installer network, • PPMs/ CO's/ Repairs, • Keep CRM and company systems up to date, • Other requirements to ensure smooth delivery at low effort for customer Qualifications • SMSTS, • IPAF 3a/3b, • PM formal training e.g. Certificate in Construction Project Management, • CPCS A61 and A62 Required Skills • Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent planning and problem-solving skills, • Experienced in M&E engineering, and construction, • Strong project management, customer handling, and team coordination capabilities Benefits • Competitive Base Salary - highly negotiable, • Company Car/Car Allowance, • Pension

HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers Potters Bar area. This role will involve HGV Dustcart Driving & helping loaders when required. A perfect role for HGV Class 2 driver who wants consistent work.
