There are no\nemergency callouts, no unpredictable shift patterns and no roadside\nrecoveries. Instead, you’ll work through a scheduled list of\njobs, with the time, tools and support you need to do quality\nwork. \n What to\nexpect Your day starts with\na clear digital schedule. Each job is pre‑booked, with the member\nexpecting you. You’ll carry out: -\nRoutine servicing • Diagnostics using advanced\nmobile equipment, • In‑depth repairs you’d normally\ncomplete in a workshop, • Member advice and\nrecommendations based on your inspection, • Vehicle\nsafety checks aligned to RAC standards \nAnd because SMR is structured, you’re not reacting to breakdowns -\nyou’re delivering planned work that you can prepare\nfor. From day one, you’ll have\neverything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform,\nfull tool set and advanced diagnostics.
