Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the experience to life for our guests. For this role, We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring the fun and positive energy. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the entire guests journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them in food and drinks orders. As well as ensuring that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service at every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and how to manage the entire bookings journey, whilst also being an expert in our food & beverage operations, ensuring service is delivered to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints tips and guidance, driving peoples competitive spirit and engaging them in the game.
