Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding an occupational therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required. This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual. We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs. We have an opportunity for a developing leader who wishes to take their next steps into management and become a Deputy Service Manager within our Supported Living Services, where our teamsupportindividuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible. The Deputy Specialist Service Manager will be released from shift to carry out the role for 2-3 shifts per week. *Roles are paid an annual salary of £26,675, based on a 37.5 hour working week.
