We're looking for a commercially-minded, creatively ambitious Senior Social Media Manager to lead and evolve our national and local social media strategy.This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of creativity, performance and brand. You'll shape the content strategy, lead a talented team, and drive measurable business results through organic and paid social, influencer partnerships and structured testing.You'll need to be equally comfortable setting strategic direction, analysing performance data, influencing senior stakeholders and getting hands-on with content creation when needed. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office . What You'll Be Doing... Lead the Strategy • Own and evolve the social media strategy across national and local channels., • Drive growth in reach, engagement and brand impact while clearly linking activity to commercial outcomes., • Define and lead the content strategy, developing bold, platform-native ideas and repeatable formats., • Create a culture of creative bravery and innovation within the team., • Personally contribute to ideation and content development where needed - this is not a purely oversight role., • Review and evolve our influencer strategy with a strong focus on ROI and measurable business impact., • Lead social reporting and insight, elevating how we measure and communicate effectiveness., • Demonstrate a clear understanding of how social activity contributes to wider marketing and business metrics (e.g. brand consideration, traffic, leads, memberships)., • Manage and develop two direct reports, creating a high-performing, empowered social team., • You have a proven track record of delivering growth across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram., • You have strong experience in social media measurement and reporting , and can confidently connect performance to wider business metrics., • You've managed paid influencer campaigns with clear commercial objectives and ROI focus., • You're experienced in social content production, including briefing and shoot management., • You're commercially minded, data-literate and comfortable making decisions based on insight., • You're a strong stakeholder manager who can influence across marketing, PR and leadership teams., • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. #LI-CJ1
