Key Duties * Work with wiring systems including SWA, MICC, T&E and conduit. * Diagnose and resolve faults in an industrial environment. * Work with AC and DC drives, servos and motors. * Undertake PLC fault finding. * Carry out HV and LV isolation and switching. * Work with pressure, flow and temperature loops. * Install and maintain single and three-phase wiring systems. * Work with various motor starter methods and associated circuits. Requirements * Recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering. * BS7671 18th edition and C&G 2391. * Ideally five years' relevant industry experience, preferably within heavy industry or refining. * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical and instrumentation systems. * Strong electrical fault-finding knowledge is essential. * Ability to work shifts and respond to call-ins when required. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Commitment to safe working practices and environmental standards. * Preferred: HNC qualification and experience using maintenance systems such as SAP.
