We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Grill Chef to join our team at a new Greek Grill opening in the heart of Canterbury. Specializing in classic Greek street food such as Gyros and Souvlaki, we are looking for someone passionate about authentic flavors and high-quality cooking. Key Responsibilities: • Preparing and cooking a variety of Greek grilled dishes, including Gyros, Souvlaki, and other specialties., • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation., • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety regulations., • Managing stock rotation and minimizing waste., • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Grill Chef or Cook, ideally with experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine., • Strong understanding of grilling techniques and food preparation., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment., • Passion for delivering excellent food quality., • A team player with good communication skills.
