Training Coordinator Overview: The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of all training activities across the site. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), and compliance training requirements are fully implemented and adhered to. The role plays a key part in building a skilled, compliant, and engaged workforce - supporting operational excellence, colleague development, and compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities Training Management * Develop, coordinate, and schedule all site training activities, including onboarding, refresher, compliance, and role-specific training. * Maintain the site training matrix, ensuring all training records are accurate and up to date for permanent, temporary, and contract employees. * Track training completion rates, identify gaps, and proactively collaborate with department managers to ensure compliance. * Organise and facilitate internal and external training sessions, managing bookings, attendance, and materials. * Support the induction process by ensuring new starters receive relevant training in line with site and company standards.
