Your duties will include:\n\n, • Electrical testing and inspection\n, • Fault finding and reactive repairs\n, • Full and partial rewires\n, • Kitchen and bathroom electrical installations\n, • Installation of domestic heating controls and systems\n, • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults\n, • Completing emergency call-outs when required\n, • Maintaining accurate job records, including photographs where needed\n, • Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices\n, • Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes\nWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll ideally have:\n\n, • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation\n, • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n, • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification\n, • Full UK driving licence\n, • Previous experience within social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs\n, • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\n, • A professional and respectful approach when working in customers' homes\nA CSCS card is beneficial but not essential. A DBS check will be required before employment.
