    Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef – Fresh Food Gastro Pub – Windsor We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity at a busy, quality-led fresh food gastro pub in Windsor. You will need: Strong fresh food experience in quality kitchens Background in British seasonal cooking Experience working with whole fish, premium meat cuts, and hyper-seasonal produce Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Good organisational and communication skills Calm and professional approach under pressure 48 hours per week Up to £45,000 total combined gross Junior Sous Chef – £38,000 Perfect for a strong Chef de Partie or experienced senior chef ready to step into management.     Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team in delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, cocktail knowledge, and experience in organising events and promotions. Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service, • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards, • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations, • Maintain stock levels, ordering, and inventory control, • Create staff rotas and manage shift planning (including weekends), • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries Events & Promotions • Organise and manage events such as: Ladies Cocktail Nights, • Corporate Lunches, • Special promotions and themed evenings, • Work on creative ideas to increase footfall and sales Marketing & Social Media • Manage and post content on social media platforms, • Promote events, offers, and daily specials, • Engage with customers online to build brand presence Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, • Ideally hold a Personal Licence to serve alcohol, • Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, • Well-organised with good time management
