Graduate New Business Sales Consultant (boutique recruitment – B2B) (Appointments for Recruitment Director) £28,000 £35,000 basic + bonus + commission (OTE £45,000–55,000 Year 1 | £50–60K Year 2) Laptop, Software, VOIP, unique number, AI message taker. Ace BD Software & leads! ACE ones. Holidays // WFH // Remote – UK Based – previous SDR, new business or B2b recruitment experience essential. Monday to Friday – incentives, mini bonus targets and real commission! Established for 15 years, we are expanding and we need an ambitious pro active opportunity hunter for our boutique consultancy. This is a proper BD role with progression & personal development You’re on the phone, speaking to decision makers, opening doors and creating opportunities At Duval Associates, we’re a boutique recruitment business focused on quality over quantity – better clients, better fees, and proper conversations. What you’ll be doing: • Outbound B2B calls (30 quality calls a day, 4 days a week), • Email campaigns – targeting 60 clients per week with follow up calls., • VOIP calls with AI receptionist, • 1 day for follow-ups, admin and pipeline, training, • Booking Teams/video or phone appointments with decision makers, • Using Pipedrive, LinkedIn SN and provided very strong significant data with numbers & email., • Working in a consultative way – no scripts, no nonsense. Target: 2 quality appointments per week. What you’ll need: • B2B sales / recruitment / BD experience (essential), • Confidence on the phone. Energy, articulate communication., • Resilience – you can handle knockbacks and keep going, • Commercial awareness – you know what a good client looks like, • Self-driven (remote role, no babysitting) The money: • £100 per meeting that happens and converts to signed terms, • 5% commission on revenue from that client (first 6 months of any new client sign up) Realistic earnings: • £45–50K Year 1, • Salary reviews every 6 months based on performance, attendance and results, • Fully remote//WFT, • All equipment provided, • CRM, data and LinkedIn sorted If you can pick up the phone, sell and be energised, open doors and create real opportunities – you’ll do well here. If you want an easy ride or don’t like outbound BD, it’s not for you. This is a role for a go-getter, someone who wants to build and grow and report into the Recruitment Director has its obvious benefits! START APRIL-MAY 2026
