Thera East Anglia has an exciting opportunity available for a Male Support Worker to join our team in Caister on Sea. You will join us on a permanent basis, with part time and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Support Worker to assist a young man in accessing activities he loves and enjoying his local community. Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You may be be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
