The Role We’re hiring a Billing Manager who will act as a player-coach — billing, leading, and growing a high-performing team. You’ll build and scale a best-in-class Data & AI recruitment function, with the opportunity to grow teams in either the UK or the US depending on your ambition and vision. Lead Process Engineer - Waste Water As an integral part of the delivery of both our existing portfolio of high profile projects and our strategic high value Design and Build Framework, you will have the platform and opportunity to really grow your career in the Water Industry. Working alongside Head of Discipline and Process Engineering Director, as the Process Lead for our Jacobs Framework team you will facilitate and promote the optimisation of the process engineering function of a the Framework programme. As the key point of contact across stakeholders, including: Customer, Design and Engineering; you will collaborate cross-porogramme to design, develop and implement intiatives focussed on new methodologies, technical solutions, outputs and services across the Design, Build, Systems Integration, Process Improvement and Asset Managegement of Waste and Clean Water CAPEX programmes. As the key interface across multi disciplinary teams in this role your remit will include: • Project Manage multi-disciplined teams, delivering excellence for our clients across all phases of a project lifecycle., • Lead cross functional innovative Engineering and Technology initiatives, indentifying and delivering opportunities to maximise Client value., • Foster a partnership working relationship with Clients, Partners and Stakeholders., • Facilitate the development of process flow diagrams and layout plans., • Coordinate the selection of appropriate treatment technologies (e.g., MBR, SBR)., • Develop and implement corrective actions to restore optimal performance., • Identify and disseminate key information and across varying audiences, • Mentor, coach and support both the skills and career development of colleagues and peers. Looking to speak with those who hold a good 4 years (plus) experience and a proven ability to drive impactful sustainability solutions. We have two options for opportunities here for you to specialise in: 1- Sustainable Reporting - GRESB, CSRD 2- Energy - Technical Role This role as a more senior/leadership position will see the successful candidate responsible for leading projects and delving expertise in areas including: • ESG Strategy: Leading the design and implementation of client-specific ESG strategies, ensuring they are fully integrated with client business objectives and financial models., • Reporting & Disclosure: Overseeing major annual disclosure cycles, including GRESB submissions and reporting standards such as CSRD, INREV and EPRA., • Trusted Advisor: Advising clients on sustainable asset and portfolio management strategies, specifically supporting investment decision-making (e.g., acquisition due diligence) to protect and enhance asset value and mitigate climate risk., • A deep understanding of the various asset types, translating market shifts, regulatory changes, and technological disruptions into actionable opportunities or risks for clients., • Demonstrate expertise in client relationship management, including the ability to commercial opportunities., • Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, with a strong track record of leading and influencing complex sustainability, or climate risk projects, ideally within the real assets sector., • A proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, effectively delegate, and actively mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, serving as a key driver for team mastery and growth., • A commitment to consistently deliver high-quality, client-ready deliverables and strategic documents, reliably meeting all project and client deadlines, even under pressure., • Demonstrated capability to keep up with market shifts and technological disruptions, translating them into actionable solutions and proactively contributing to thought leadership.
