Role Overview The Implementation Specialist acts as the primary post-sales contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption and long-term value from the platform. The role blends technical expertise with commercial account management, supporting customers through implementation, optimisation and ongoing account growth. This position requires more experience than an entry-level commercial role and is suited to someone comfortable working with ecommerce technology, integrations and customer stakeholders.
