A few of your job responsibilities will be: - Greeting and seating customers in an appropriate manner - Ensure that allergens and dietary requirements are asked to each customer - Explaining and answering any questions on our menu. Explaining the "Le Bab way" to eat our food - Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and any specials or promotions - Taking food and drinks orders - Ensuring orders are accurate and all relevant information is passed to the kitchen, bar and management - Ensuring allergen procedure is followed in every order - Owning your section, following the steps of service of Le Bab - Serving food and drinks to customers promptly and ensuring that they are satisfied with their selections - Check on customers periodically during their meal to ensure that they have everything they need and that their experience is going well - Clear tables promptly after customers finish their meals and ensure that the table is clean and ready for the next customers - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

Mamuśka! is the Polish restaurant brand loved by thousands and our location in Southbank Waterloo has been built to handle them all, with over 250 covers across 4 unique seating areas. We are a five minute walk from the London Eye, Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Station and with sales growing again this year, we need more great servers to join our team!
