This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. Youll support the smooth management of both internal (owned assets) and external (hired assets) breakdowns. Logging response times and ensuring theyre tracked and resolved effectively within agreed SLA times. Well ask that you handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, making sure service level agreements are consistently met. Youll keep the Job watch scheduling system updated and well-managed to maintain smooth operations. Also, youll ensure Purchase Orders are processed promptly, keeping everything on track. Youll update IT systems with accurate and timely information, supporting seamless workflows. Youll store documentation securely and collaborate closely with the service and compliance teams to develop and refine operational solutions.
