The Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value. This role involves analyzing customer data, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive customer experience. This role is a full-time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There may be occasional travel required for events, meetings and workshops, but day-to-day this role can be performed remotely. Role Responsibilities • Analyze customer data to identify segments and insights that inform marketing strategies., • Design and implement customer feedback methodologies to monitor customer behavior and insights, using findings to refine and optimize marketing approaches., • Design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and retention., • Create personalized messaging and content tailored to different customer segments., • Work closely with sales, product, and customer services teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals., • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns and customer touchpoints., • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs)., • Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize impact., • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy through targeted programs and initiatives., • Engage with customers through various channels, including email, social media, and in-person events. Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements • Proven experience in customer marketing or related roles., • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies., • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools., • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience., • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
