As Internal Sales Manager, Mortgages you will be responsible for the management of a team of internal telephone-based Business Development Managers ensuring they are actively engaged in proactive outbound sales activity daily to our broker partners across the clubs and network channels, achieving their daily activity KPl's. mortgages. The team will primarily focused on promoting our residential and buy to let mortgage products whilst also developing a good working knowledge of other West One lending products.
