Graphic Designer Do you have a passion for design and a flair for bringing playful, creative ideas to life? Are you excited by the world of toys, entertainment, and licensed brands? Macgregor Black are partnering with a Growing Toy Brand on the search for a Graphic Designer. This is a permanent role based in Watford. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visual assets that support product launches, packaging, retail displays, and marketing campaigns across a diverse licensed toy portfolio. This is a hands-on, creative role suited to a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment - and who understands how to translate brand guidelines into engaging, child-focused design. Key Responsibilities: • Design and adapt artwork for toy packaging, product inserts, POS materials, and retail displays., • Work with global and regional brand teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and licensor approvals., • Support the development of marketing visuals for digital and social media campaigns., • Create mock-ups and presentation boards for retailer pitches and product previews., • Manage and prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and print quality., • Collaborate closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams to bring new toy concepts to life., • Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and licensors to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance., • Maintain consistency and creativity across all touchpoints, balancing fun, clarity, and commercial appeal. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the toy industry or a related consumer product category., • Strong understanding of licensed brand design and experience working with global entertainment properties., • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and confident preparing artwork for print., • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines., • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative, can-do attitude., • Passion for toys, characters, and storytelling through design.
