Role Overview • Location: Hybrid (Hertfordshire), • Package: £100,000 - £110,000 + Benefits, • Designing modern digital architectures across web and mobile platforms., • Leading technical solutions that balance performance, scalability, and security., • Partnering with in-house and nearshore development teams to shape design and delivery., • Transforming legacy systems into next-generation cloud-native solutions., • Producing detailed design documentation — from high to low level., • Collaborating with enterprise architects to align projects with long-term strategy., • Ensuring infrastructure and integrations support high-traffic digital environments., • 5–7 years’ experience in Solution Architecture, ideally in large-scale digital environments., • Expertise in Kotlin, Swift, modern web/mobile frameworks, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)., • Strong background in scalable, enterprise-grade design and integration., • Hands-on understanding of coding, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling., • Familiarity with TOGAF, UML, or ArchiMate frameworks and Agile/SAFE delivery models., • Confident communicator who can simplify complex technology change for varied audiences., • Be part of a once-in-a-lifetime digital transformation project., • Work across one of the UK’s top websites and a highly rated mobile app., • Hybrid working and a culture built on inclusion and collaboration., • Backing from a global organisation with serious investment in digital innovation.
