Here, we provide specialized intensive care for individuals experiencing severe phases of illness that cannot be managed in acute services. Your Role\n As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will: \n\n • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating individualized care plans.\n, • Act as the patient’s named nurse, ensuring a collaborative approach with the multidisciplinary team.\n, • Respond proactively to changes in patients’ needs while supporting their families and carers.\n, • Demonstrate excellent clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills.\n, • Maintain compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, the Mental Capacity Act, the NMC Code, and organizational policies.\n, • Commit to continuous professional development and support newly qualified staff through preceptorship.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n To thrive in this role, you should have: \n\n • Active NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).\n, • 6-12 months of post-registration experience.\n, • Completion of a preceptorship programme.\n, • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health care.\nWhat We Offer You\n At Priory, we believe in your success and growth.
