This role involves conducting sophisticated penetration testing and red team engagements across various client systems and applications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying vulnerabilities, enhancing client security postures, and leading initiatives to develop cutting-edge penetration testing methodologies and tools. Clients across industries and geographies, staying at the forefront of knowledge of the threat landscape, cyber defence best practices and regulatory expectations. Requirements: * Strict Requirement: Strong certification in penetration testing such as OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CTM (Check Team Member), CRT (CREST Registered Tester) and OSWA (Offensive Security Web Attacks) or even better if you have Advanced certifications such as OSEP(OffSec Experience Penetration Tester), CCSAM (CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager) and CTL (Check Team Leader). * Solid experience in offensive security—whether through professional penetration testing, red teaming, bug bounty work, capture-the-flag competitions, or personal research projects. * Proven ability to deliver impactful client engagements, demonstrating both technical depth and a practical understanding of risk. * Deep knowledge of network protocols, different services, operating systems, different applications and how to break them. * Proficiency in tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite or other proxies such as Caido or Zap, Nessus, CobaltStrike or other C2 frameworks, etc. Bonus points for building your own tools, contributing to community projects, or chaining techniques creatively. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for ethical hacking that is persistent, curious, and know how to pivot when things do not go as planned. * Experience coding and scripting custom tools in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or anything else that gets the job done. * Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * An active interest in the evolving security landscape, continuously staying up to date with new techniques, vulnerabilities, and research as well as contributing knowledge back to the team Be yourself It's at the core of the company's and team's vision. Start Date: January 2026 / ASAP until October 2026 On Site Dates: 24th June – 8th July 2026 20th August – 3rd September 2026 Overview The Event Manager will work with the Operations team to deliver two much-loved weekend festivals, Love Supreme (24,000 capacity) & The Long Road (13,000 capacity). Both events are carefully curated and produced to create distinctive customer experiences, requiring an experienced, passionate, dynamic, and diligent Event Manager to successfully fulfil the post. Duties The Event Manager will be broadly responsible for ensuring all operational plans are in place and for delivering both events safely and to a high standard in line with relevant regulations/legislation, best practice, and company policies and values, and within the overall Production budget target. Duties include, but are not limited to:- • Maintain and manage master Production Budget, ensure procurement, purchase ordering, approval and payments processes are followed, reporting to Senior Operations Manager on budget and planning status., • Manage and coordinate workloads of other members of the Event Operations team who run Production budget tabs throughout the year (Site, Creative, AL, Tech) - ensure they are given clear briefs, deliverables and deadlines to work to, providing regular updates to, and flagging foreseeable issues, with the Head of Operations., • Work collaboratively with the Festival Team (generally consisting of Promotor/Artist Booking, Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticketing, Commercial, Finance departments) to drive balance between budget constraints, safety, creative vision, customer experience and practical considerations, to ensure the shared vision of the festivals is realised on site., • Liaise between Festival team and Event Operations team to facilitate commercial, content and operational partners such as (but not limited to) bars, sponsors, accommodation/glamping, food & retail vendors, brand partners and media teams., • Work with Site Manager, wider festival team & other relevant stakeholders to ensure site plan works for all, communicate revisions to the wider team and ensure changes are implemented appropriately., • Lead on the delivery of licensing, SAG, multi-agency and stakeholder engagement strategies as agreed with Head of Operations. Represent the festival at SAG level., • Develop the Event Management Plan suite of documentation, in consultation with contractors and local authority representatives. Ensure these are compiled, checked and approved for distribution to the local authority and any other relevant stakeholders in line with the Premises Licence and SAG meeting schedule., • Procure and manage freelancers, event service contractors & suppliers such as (but not limited to) Event staff, Security, Medical, Welfare and Traffic. Undertake procurement processes as required., • Liaise with Event Safety Advisor to ensure appropriate Risk Assessments and General Safety Plans are in place and to facilitate site inductions and on-site safety processes., • Lead on development and distribution of residents communication plan, to include scheduling and partaking in stakeholder meetings. Feed into resident enquiries pre-event and complaints post-event., • Input into customer facing information on website, via email, via socials and on-site signage and comms., • Lead on Event Operations team debrief meetings and represent the Operations Team in full event debrief meetings., • Undertake full reconciliation of the Production budget, ensuring all costs are finalised, paid and recorded, and any recharges are recouped. On site • Deliver Event Manager function for duration of events - covering build, show and load out. In this critical role, you can draw on the assistance of our wider SAP product team, a dedicated SAP security consultant and our 3rd party support teams. Support is also available in accessing management information and creating dashboards for your own support or for stakeholders. You will also need to participate in programme governance for key projects and programmes impacting the SAP platform or supporting capabilities (e.g. SailPoint). Responsibilities: Be the customer facing lead for operating companies in our group who depend on our SAP platforms. Understand their governance, compliance, security and requirements and demonstrate proactive management of issues to resolution to build trust and confidence in the platform. Take a lead on strategic remediation and enhancement projects for SAP Finance and procurement systems. For example, harmonisation of roles and accesses across OpCos in a new role model, deploying identity governance through SailPoint. Provide security and governance expert input to key change programmes impacting our SAP platforms e.g. a new operating company in the group being onboarded to the platform or the merge of separate SAP instances into one. Provide regular reporting and engagement with stakeholders in operating companies and corporate centre on progress with key projects, work to close audit actions ahead of deadlines, remediation and improvement work. Work with our data team to establish the real time dashboards you and stakeholders will need to demonstrate strong governance over business-as-usual issues from joiners, movers, leavers processes, controls over firefighter and generic accounts, managing privileged access, detecting segregation of duties issues. Support the SAP product team with clear SAP security policies, standards and guidance for them to follow. Work with our security awareness and training partner to deliver timely training, updates and reminders to product owners, support teams, privileged users and others with key roles in the overall robustness of the platform. Security Assessments, investigations and Compliance: you will conduct: Investigations of identified security, control or compliance issues to find root causes and remediate them to prevent reoccurrence. Proactive security and compliance assessments of the platform to identify control improvements to make, monitoring or reporting blind spots to cover or other issues to fix. Supporting pre-audit assessments to ensure teams are audit-ready Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Credible customer facing consultant able to communicate with business and finance teams in non-technical terms to convey relevance of issues and potential business risk. Personable stakeholder manager who uses customer focus to understand the needs and concerns of different business areas. Proven experience with SAP with a specialization in GRC, security &/or audit.
