Youth Worker / Senior Support Worker Location: Coventry & surrounding areas Salary: £31,989 (pro rata 23,993) Contract: 30 hours a week, 4 years contract About the Role Our client is seeking a confident, experienced Youth Worker / Senior Support Worker to act as the Directors right-hand person. This hands-on, senior practice role involves leading sessions, managing challenging behaviour, and ensuring the service runs safely and professionally.
