.Project Manager The Supply Chain Company (SCC) | Partner of RELEX Solutions Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid working) The Supply Chain Company (SCC) is a leading supply chain consultancy and a trusted partner of RELEX Solutions, supporting retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing companies to improve their planning, availability, and operational performance. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, based in Leeds, working in a hybrid model. Your role As a Project Manager at SCC, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes are achieved. You will act as the primary delivery owner, coordinating customers, Solution Consultants, and internal business teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role blends hands-on project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance, with a strong focus on structured delivery, customer communication, and risk management across complex software and transformation projects. Key responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation through go-live and handover, • Define and manage project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures, • Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proactive resolution, • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Solution Consultants, business teams, and customer stakeholders, • Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all delivery-related topics, • Lead and facilitate customer workshops, steering groups, and project meetings, • Ensure business requirements, solution design, configuration, training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities are planned and delivered effectively, • Oversee training delivery and UAT execution, including planning, issue tracking, and resolution, • Track and report project status, risks, and outcomes to internal and customer stakeholders, • Ensure adherence to SCC delivery methodologies and RELEX best practices, • Support go-live readiness, cutover planning, and transition to support, • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SCC project delivery standards, tools, and templates What you’ll bring to the table • 3–5 years of experience in project management within consulting, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or software implementation environments, • Proven experience delivering complex software, data, or business transformation projects, • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting, • Experience managing workshops, training, and UAT activities, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior customer engagement, • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, • Willingness to travel as required Certifications (UK market aligned) • PRINCE2 Practitioner (preferred) or PRINCE2 Foundation, • AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile / hybrid delivery certification (desirable), • APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or APM PFQ (desirable), • PMP certification (desirable but not required) What we consider an advantage • Experience working with retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing organisations, • Exposure to supply chain planning, inventory management, demand planning, or production planning initiatives, • Experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations, • Confidence interacting with stakeholders from end users to C-level, • Strong delivery mindset with a proactive and structured approach, • Interest in contributing to the growth and maturity of SCC’s delivery capability What we offer • A Leeds-based role with hybrid working, • An international career working closely with RELEX Solutions, a global leader in retail and supply chain planning software, • Learning and development opportunities in a fast-growing consultancy, • A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture, • Responsibility for challenging customer projects from day one, • The opportunity to help businesses reduce waste and operate more sustainably How to apply Please send your CV to .
