Payroll & CIS Administrator Fareham, Hampshire Full-time, Permanent Salary: c. £30,000 (dependent on experience) We're partnering with a successful, growing business in Fareham to hire a Payroll & CIS Administrator. What you'll be doing • Running end-to-end weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a wide variety of clients., • Handling auto-enrolment and workplace pensions, ensuring compliance with RTI and HMRC deadlines., • Processing monthly CIS returns, verifying subcontractors and making sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time., • Liaising with clients and subcontractors - answering queries with confidence and professionalism., • Generating invoices, keeping accurate records and supporting the management team with day-to-day operations. Essential: • Solid payroll experience (end-to-end, RTI, pensions) and ideally a good knowledge of CIS and HMRC compliance., • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve when things don't look right., • Someone proactive, organised and "one step ahead" - you don't wait to be told what to do, you spot it and get it done., • Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone with clients, subcontractors and colleagues., • Full training on specialist contracting processes and systems., • A supportive, approachable manager who believes in encouragement, feedback and making work enjoyable., • The chance to grow - whether you want to specialise, take on more responsibility, or eventually manage your own portfolio.
