As the O&M Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our solar energy plants. Your role includes maximizing energy production, managing maintenance teams, ensuring smooth system transitions, and fulfilling service contracts. You’ll bring a hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
