Improve product assortment, pricing, availability and merchandising across priority destinations. Identify supply and inventory gaps that could limit customer choice or commercial growth. Develop opportunities to cross-sell Attractions & Tours to customers booking flights, hotels and rail. Align Business Development, Marketing, Operations and other Trip.com teams around shared commercial priorities. Establish clear plans, timelines, ownership and success measures for cross-functional initiatives. Monitor performance through dashboards and regular business reviews, translating data into practical recommendations. Track competitor activity, customer behaviour and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Continuously improve operating processes and remove barriers to effective execution.
