We are known for delivering exceptional dining experiences across Spain and Europe, and this role offers the chance to lead our dedicated team in Chelsea. This position is pivotal in overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant, staff leadership, and upholding our reputation for culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and professional work environment., • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction., • Maintain and enhance service quality, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional dining experience., • Manage reservations, seating, and table management effectively., • Monitor inventory, control costs, and contribute to achieving financial targets., • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally., • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations., • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in a restaurant management role within a high-quality restaurant, preferably in a premium or fine dining setting., • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring teams., • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities., • A passion for hospitality, food, and wine., • Proficient in managing budgets, operational procedures, and staff scheduling., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure., • Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
