This is a hands-on role centred around rolling, proofing, baking, and finishing our signature cinnamon rolls, while also helping manage day-to-day production in our central kitchen. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every batch is consistent, high-quality, and produced efficiently to meet demand. This role is split across 3 days in the central production kitchen and 2 days at our trading site, giving you full visibility from production through to final service.
