We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Afro-Caribbean dishes and a commitment to culinary excellence. Responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily kitchen operations and food preparation., • Developing and creating new, exciting Afro-Caribbean menu items., • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste., • Managing kitchen staff, including training and scheduling., • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations., • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on Afro-Caribbean cuisine., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus., • A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
