Job Description Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of all things Front Office, being the go-to person for the team in absence of senior management. And everything else in between from compliance to departmental budgeting to relationship building with the wider heads of department and Hyde rockstars. QualificationsMost important is that you know how to provide a great and memorable guest experience – whether it’s for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink or a bite to eat. You have experience in a similar role, or as a Supervisor looking for further development with a demonstrable track record of excelling in Front Office operations and procedures. If you’re familiar with Opera or a similar front desk operating system and understand GDS that would be a big advantage. You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include weekdays and weekends to support the team, as and when required. Your humble and open to ideas. Automatic Door Service Engineer required to cover the West Midlands – Working knowledge of automatic door systems and practices is required. We are seeking a motivated engineer with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a company with over 30 years of industry experience and contribute to the exciting launch of our new Servicing Department. Duties to include: - Conducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of all manufacturers’ automatic doors and equipment. Ensuring all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with BS 7036 and BS EN16005 safety standards. - Providing scheduled maintenance cover and where required, out of hours call-outs. - Completion of work in a timely manner, aiming to rectify faults on first attendance to site. - Housekeeping tasks to be carried out during all visits and customers to be made aware of the work that has been completed on site, and any recommended/required works going forwards. - Submission of detailed reports on the work carried out, findings, details of stock used, and a video of the doors left in working order. - Consulting with customers on their door requirements, promoting all intercompany/group products where possible. - Adhering to health and safety systems at all times to ensure the correct and safe servicing of our products. Personal Profile: - Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and undertake training to further develop your skillset and role within the business. Requirements: - Full, clean UK Driving Licence - Working knowledge of automatic door systems, aligned industry technologies and practices. - CSCS Card holder - ADSA or ADIA Card Holder Preferred: - NVQ Level 2 accredited Skilled Worker - Understanding of BS 7036: 1996/2014 and BS EN16005: 2012 safety standards Package: - 20 days’ holiday entitlement, increasing by 1 day per each full year of service completed – up to a maximum of 25 days.
