SEN Teaching Assistant - Harrow - September Start - Temp to Perm We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational provision supporting young people aged 16 to 25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who are vulnerable or facing significant life challenges, particularly learners on the autism spectrum. About the Provision Our primary goal is to provide a comprehensive educational environment where learners feel supported, understood, and empowered to succeed. Through personalised learning, specialist support, and a student-centred approach, we help young people progress towards greater independence, further learning, employment, and positive futures. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality classroom and pastoral support. You will help learners engage with education, develop social and communication skills, and build confidence both academically and personally.
