The Contact Centre Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, performance and continuous development of the organisation’s contact centre function. The post holder will lead and support a team of Customer Services Officers to deliver a high-quality, responsive and customer-focused service across telephone, email, face-to-face, digital and written communication channels.
