Your Role as a Care Assistant Youll play a vital role in supporting our female service users to live independently with dignity and confidence. No two days are the same youll be making a difference both at home and within the community. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting individuals with daily living and personal care, • Promoting independence dignity and choice, • Encouraging participation in hobbies and social activities, • Providing companionship and emotional support, • Assisting with meal preparation household tasks and medication, • Companionship and social interaction, • Medication collection and reminders, • Nutrition and mealtime assistance, • Housekeeping and light cleaning, • Mobility support and safe use of aids, • Health observation and reporting, • Promoting social inclusion and family contact, • Emotional reassurance and listening support, • Accurate record-keeping and reporting, • Emergency response and safety awareness, • Collaboration with families colleagues and healthcare professionals Qualifications : What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!)
