This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Tax Manager specialising in Corporate Tax, International, and M&A. This hybrid role is based in Bristol and requires expertise in tax compliance and advisory services for a range of clients. Description • Manage and review corporate tax compliance work for a varied portfolio, ensuring high-quality delivery., • Support senior colleagues on advisory projects involving international tax, reorganisations, and M&A activity., • Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and contribute to developing practical solutions for clients., • Play a key role in project delivery, helping senior team members execute complex assignments effectively., • Carry out technical research on nuanced tax matters and prepare well-structured summaries or reports., • Keep up to date with relevant tax legislation, guidance, and emerging developments.
