Position: Bars Team Member Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes Type: Part Time The Role: As a Bars Team Member youll be at the heart of our resorts social scene delivering exceptional drinks and service that make every guest experience special. Whether its crafting a cocktail serving a comforting hot drink or pouring a perfectly chilled pint your friendly approach and attention to detail help create the warm welcoming atmosphere Potters Resorts is known for whatever the season. Youll also: * Provide outstanding customer service to every guest * Serve our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including tea coffee milkshakes cocktails and a variety of alcoholic beverages * Thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment * Maintain strong attention to detail noticing when tables or glasses need clearing * Attend training sessions to stay up to date with alcohol laws and service standards * Keep the bar area clean organised and fully stocked * Be part of a dynamic supportive team that takes pride in creating memorable moments * Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile Hours of Work: This is a flexible position: youll work between 25 shifts per week with various shifts available across 7 days. * Bar opening times: 9am 2am * Shifts include: days evenings and lates * All straight shifts scheduled around the needs of the business Immediate start available for the right candidate! Rates of Pay (based on age): * 12.21 per hour Over 21 * 10.00 per hour Ages 1820 Qualifications : What Were Looking For: • A friendly enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality., • Prior bar experience is great but not essential we can train you!, • The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly., • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and bank holidays., • A team player whos keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
