Children's Residential Support Worker £30,499 – £32,980 per annum 3 x 15-hour shifts per week (7:30am – 10:30pm) Are you passionate about making a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re looking for dedicated and resilient Children's Residential Support Worker to join our caring and committed team at a children’s residential home in Tiptree, Essex. About the Role: As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You’ll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.
