Requirements: - Valid UK Driver’s License and Access to a Car: You will need a car to travel between properties. - Hands-On Skills: Basic maintenance skills (e.g., changing light fixtures and fixing door handles) are required. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and keep detailed records. - Communication Skills: Friendly and professional when dealing with tenants, reliable in providing updates to our management team.
