What You Will Be Doing\n\n • Creating a nurturing, fun, and engaging environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued.\n, • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities and experiences.\n, • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.\n, • Acting as a Key Worker, observing, tracking, and celebrating children's progress.\n, • Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, rest, and transitions.\n, • Promoting positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence and independence.\n, • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.\n, • Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team.\nWhat You Will Bring\n\n, • Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years.\n, • Passionate about giving children the very best start in life.\n, • Warm, caring, and energetic, with a genuine love for working with young children.\n, • A strong communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with families and colleagues.\n, • Knowledgeable about child development, safeguarding, and best practices in Early Years.\n, • Flexible, reliable, and committed to creating exceptional experiences for every child.\n, • Experience supporting children with SEND and additional qualifications such as Paediatric First Aid would be beneficial, but not essential.\nAbout Blenheim\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools committed to enabling outstanding futures for every student.
