FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT Croydon – Flexible hybrid (typically 3 days office / 2 home) – Permanent – Supporting contract performance across a multi-site portfolio £55,000 – £60,000 + discretionary bonus Are you a Finance Business Partner looking for a role where you can work closely with operations and influence performance across multiple sites? We’re hiring for a growing facilities management business delivering services across a portfolio of contracts. This role sits at the centre of finance and operations, with real ownership of reporting, client insight, and commercial support. It’s a grown-up, flexible environment—there’s an expectation of being in the office to stay connected, but no rigid rules, and some weeks you won’t need to come in at all. WISH LIST • Experience in management accounts or finance business partnering, ideally within a multi-site or contract-led environment, • Comfortable handling high-volume reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and budgeting, • Own client-facing financial reporting across a portfolio of cost centres, • Produce and review monthly management accounts with clear, commercially useful insight, • Manage balance sheet reconciliations across cash, card receipts, and client systems, • Lead monthly reviews with operational teams, explaining performance and resolving variances, • Support the preparation and issue of client invoices, aligned to reported figures, • Improve the month-end process through better structure, discipline, and automation, • Partner with operations to understand contract performance and challenge unusual movements, • Support annual budgeting across contracts, including labour and cost pressures, • Prepare updated contract budgets and financial packs for client review, • Track contract changes and ensure financial impacts are reflected accurately, • Contribute to forecasting, reporting improvements, and commercial decision support, • Effective communicator – written & verbal, • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, • Confident working with large data sets, reconciliations, and reporting packs, • Able to build strong relationships with operational teams and clients, • £55,000 – £60,000 + discretionary bonus, • Croydon – flexible hybrid working (no rigid office requirements), • Permanent role, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Salary sacrifice car scheme, • Statutory pension
