Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver psychological assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working. We are currently recruiting for exciting opportunities to join Turning Point and be part of our highly successful and innovative NHS Talking Therapies (formerly known as IAPT) service. This is a FTC for 12 months. We support people in the local area who are having difficulty in coping and who may be suffering from a common mental illness such as depression, anxiety or phobias. Our approach embeds the notion of well–being and recovery and promotes personal responsibility for lifestyle choices and self–management of mental well–being. For our clients, this has resulted in a highly accessible and user–friendly service available across a wide geographical area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner with strong leadership skills to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Clinical Lead, working alongside our step 2 Deputy Clinical Lead and deputising to the service Clinical lead. This post is open to any experienced NHS Talking Therapy clinician who has been in a senior role and are formally qualified and fully accredited via established IAPT training and professional bodies. This is a hybrid role and can involve a combination of service based and home working. The role involves oversight of the Step 3 team including qualified and trainee High Intensity Therapists. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service, including supervision and line management of clinical team leaders and therapists, delivery of KPIs and provision of training for staff. The role will also involve leading on specific areas for the service including development of links with external organisations as well as internal development projects. You'll learn all about strategic procurement including cost reduction, supply chain resilience, risk mitigation, and ESG enablement You'll support procurement managers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement for specific categories of spend (e.g. packaging) You'll build subject matter expertise for specific categories of support – e.g. detailed knowledge of commercial models, supply market, and purchasing dynamics You'll conduct supply market research to identify new innovations and opportunities for areas of the business you partner You'll prepare key analysis and documentation to support influencing stakeholders on recommended areas for change / improvement on external spend and supplier management You'll proactively request and action feedback from procurement team and wider business stakeholders You'll own the commercial and contract negotiations through to contract handover for your categories with support for senior procurement team You'll work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders to track and report on benefits delivered to senior management You'll contribute to the continuous development of the Procurement Team's governance, ways of working, and supplier risk management processes You'll provide direction and best practise for procurement to stakeholders and project leads You'll be the source of external expertise where required in line with Evri's procurement strategy You'll develop your network, working across multiple business areas, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and present insights to Heads of and Directors. You'll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme. This is an agile role that may require travel from time to time. The role is based in Morley 2 days per week. What you'll need to become a Graduate Buyer: A minimum 2:2 Degree in Maths, Business, Data or another STEM field GCSE in English and Maths at A*-C (9-4) or equivalent Demonstrable communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills Creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative and eager to learn Strong analytical, reporting and time management skills. Good attention to detail and ability to turn data in actions. Willingness to learn, curious and resilient.
