The Opportunity Are you a strategic and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and health? Klarity is seeking a UK Sales and Partnership Leader who excels in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in leading sales efforts. In this role, you'll drive Klarity’s growth in the UK by developing and executing sales strategies that target key decision-makers in the life insurance and health sectors. Key Responsibilities • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the UK market., • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients and partners, building a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on insurers, brokers, employee benefit providers, corporates and technology providers., • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty., • Sales Presentations: Lead persuasive video presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet, effectively communicating the value of Klarity’s solutions., • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure a seamless customer journey., • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and positioning., • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of Klarity in the UK.
