The Role We are on look out for a detail-driven, proactive Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact across our support channels, elevating the overall member experience by resolving queries and ensuring our users maximize the value of our platform. Beyond day-to-day support, you will spearhead forward-looking initiatives designed to preemptively address customer needs, such as optimizing our AI support agent, analyzing key pain points, and building expertise in customer operations within a fast-growing, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Customer Support Champion: Be the first line of contact for our members via email and our ticketing system, providing timely, friendly, and helpful responses every day. Escalation Pro: Spot the difference between a quick fix and something that needs a deeper dive, escalating where appropriate to keep things moving smoothly. Priority Pro: Keep a clear head and a clean inbox, staying organised across multiple tickets, deadlines, and internal priorities. Compensation: £32,000-34,000 base Salary (depending on experience) Location: this role can be Remote from wherever in the UK or hybrid in our London office. The Role We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks agentically, someone who approaches data not as an end in itself, but as the foundation that makes intelligent, AI-powered systems possible. Grip is building toward a platform where AI agents act on behalf of organisers and participants. To get there, the data that underpins that layer needs to be right. That's where this role starts: getting hands-on with data ingestion, understanding how data moves through the platform, and building the clean, well-structured data layer that agentic systems depend on. You'll work on system integrations, ETL pipelines and CDP tracking, not as traditional data plumbing work, but with a clear eye on what the AI layer above it will need. You'll be the person asking "is this data structured in a way an agent can use?" before asking "does this data exist?". The essential requirements of the job include Bachelor degree or similar in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management Extensive experience in Supply Chain, i.e. production control, capacity planning, and scheduling related functions. Solid analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities. Experience in balancing the management of day-to-day results with systematic problem solving and root cause analysis. Strong computer skills including MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). SAP/MRP experience, well versed in the use of MRP/ERP systems (MM/PP modules).
