Your New Role... As an ADR Mixer, you’ll take full ownership of the recording and mixing of each project you’re assigned, playing a key role in shaping performances that end up on screens worldwide. This is a hands‑on, high‑profile role where technical excellence meets people skills. One moment you’ll be fine‑tuning dialogue, the next you’ll be working closely with world‑class talent to create an environment where their best performance comes through. Your Role Responsibilities... Working sensitively with VIP’s to get the best out of their performance. Being the main point of contact with high-profile talent. Responsible for each project assigned by the Scheduling & Bookings Coordinator. Liaise closely with the head of engineering to ensure all aspects of client requirements are met Monitor and maintain technical quality control, and provide feedback on any problems to engineering Acting as an Ambassador – ensuring a high and consistent level of service with clients Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to at each level in the delivery cycle Clarify with the Scheduling & Bookings Coordinator regarding priorities when there is a conflict. Introducing new clients to the facility and maintaining and growing a solid base, and following Ensure all job sheets are correctly and accurately completed, and all stock is logged Prepare a personal weekly time sheet. Qualifications & Experiences... Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an immediate rapport with a range of contacts Excellent knowledge of production and post-production techniques, in particular sound. Computer-literate, intermediate level using computer packages Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
