Key Duties/Accountabilities • Offer information advice and assistance to tenants and leaseholders while major works are being carried out to their homes., • Liaise with and set the standard for contractors and their RLO s (and where appropriate consultants) engaging with residents., • Take an active role in developing agreeing and managing the residents consultation plan for individual projects., • Agree with contractors the resident s information packs and format and content of updates to residents including newsletters using a variety of media outlets., • Coordinate the temporary or permanent re-housing of residents where necessary., • Advise Project Managers of the likely effects of capital works on residents., • Provide information and assistance to leaseholders concerning their obligations to contribute to the cost of major works through service charge payments., • Flexibility on the pay rate depending on experience and interview., • Location: Carshalton Road Sutton Greater London SM1 4LE United Kingdom, • Working Hours: 37.50 hours per week, • 5 days a week in the office or on-site, • DBS is required., • The role closes on 18th August 2025 apply ASAP. We are working closely alongside with Achieving for Children to assist with the appointment of a Youth Justice Case Worker on a 2-week contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: 25.00 - 32.97 per hour Summary: The Youth Justice Case Worker will be a key practitioner within Achieving for Childrens Youth Justice Service responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based interventions to children and young people who have offended or are at risk of offending. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a range of partners including police courts victims and other agencies ensuring a child-first approach that balances accountability with welfare aiming to divert young people from the criminal justice system and support their successful integration into the community. Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse caseload of children and young people subject to various youth justice disposals (e.g. Out of Court Disposals Referral Orders Youth Rehabilitation Orders) ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and court orders., • Undertake comprehensive assessments of needs and risks (e.g. AssetPlus) identifying factors contributing to offending behaviour and collaboratively develop individualised intervention plans that address these needs and minimise re-offending., • Attend Youth Court and Crown Court as required preparing pre-sentence reports breach reports and other court documents and providing clear professional advice to the judiciary., • Adhere to all relevant legislation statutory guidance local policies and procedures and professional standards for youth justice practitioners., • A recognised qualification in Youth Justice Social Work Probation Criminal Justice or a related field (e.g. Degree in Social Work BA/BSc Youth Justice Diploma in Probation Studies JNC qualification for Youth Work). This role will involve offering dispersed properties for statutorily homeless and other clients in accordance with relevant legislation policies and procedures.
